The school districts guide has a page for each high school district, with its feeder towns, rankings, graduation rate and the homes that sold in those towns. To weigh two towns side by side, use the town comparisons.

Why it matters when you buy or sell

Buyers often choose the high school first and the town second, which is why towns that share a top-ranked regional school tend to compete for the same families. When you sell, the school is part of your home's story.
