What we collect
When you send a form on this site we receive what you type: your name, email, phone if given, a property address if you request a home value, and your message, together with the page you sent it from. We do not sell or rent this information.
With a form we also record how you found the site, so we can tell which of our marketing works: the website or search engine that sent you (its name only, never what you searched or asked), any campaign or ad-click tags on the link you followed, the first page you visited, how many visits you made, and whether you used a phone or a computer. This is kept in your own browser until you send a form, and is never used to identify you elsewhere.
Contact and home value forms
A form you send goes to a lead service run by our website provider, Batch Group. It saves a copy of the submission, so none are lost, and emails it to Slava Zborovsky at his brokerage email address, with the reply address set to yours so he can answer you directly. The email is sent through an email delivery service that Batch Group uses. Your message is used only to answer you.
Your submission is also stored in the customer relationship system Slava uses to keep track of inquiries, GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.), which may send you follow-up email about your request. If you include a phone number, you may be called or texted about your request; texts stop when you reply STOP. You can ask at any time to have your details removed from that system using the contact below.
The instant home value check
The instant check on the home value page is separate from the forms. When you enter a town and a street address, your browser sends them to this website’s own server, which looks the address up in the 2026 New Jersey tax list and the state’s recorded sales, both public records stored with the site, and returns the result to your screen. The address is not saved to a database, it is not sent to Slava, and it is not sent to Google Analytics (Analytics receives only the town and whether the address was found). Like any request to the site, the lookup, address included, can appear in our hosting provider’s request logs, which are kept for a limited time. To stop automated misuse, the server counts lookups per IP address in short-lived memory and allows 30 an hour. If you want Slava to see your address, send the home value form.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. It uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which actions are taken: a form sent, a home value check, a tap on a phone number, email address or directions link, and the first use of a calculator. These events carry the page they happened on, never what you typed into a form. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can block it with your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
The site also runs GoHighLevel’s tracking script, which records the pages you view. Those visits are linked to you only once you send a form or open a link in an email from Slava, and then they appear in his customer relationship system next to your inquiry, so he can see which homes and pages interested you.
Third-party services
Some parts of the site are provided by other companies. When your browser contacts them, they receive your IP address and browser details, as with any website.
- Google Analytics (Google): visit measurement, as described above.
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.): page views for Slava’s customer relationship system, as described above.
- YouTube (Google): videos show a thumbnail image from YouTube first. The player loads only when you press play, and it uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
- Google Maps (Google): property pages show a Google map of the location, and “Directions” links open Google Maps.
- OpenFreeMap: the maps of recorded sales and of Slava’s Directory draw their map tiles from OpenFreeMap’s servers. They load as you scroll toward the map.
- Instagram (Meta): the site shows photos from Slava’s public Instagram posts. They reach the site through Batch Group’s social media tools (Metricool), and the images are served from this site, so your browser does not contact Instagram to show them. Links to a post open Instagram.
- IndexNow: when pages on the site change, the site sends their addresses to search engines (api.indexnow.org) so they can update their results. No information about visitors is sent.
- Vercel: hosts the site and delivers every page. Its servers process each request (IP address, browser details and the page requested) to deliver and secure the site, and keep request logs for a limited time.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, use the contact form or email szborovsky@theagencyre.com and say so; we will act on it promptly.
New Jersey privacy law
The New Jersey Data Privacy Act applies to businesses that handle the personal data of at least 100,000 New Jersey residents a year, or at least 25,000 while earning revenue from selling personal data. This site is far below both thresholds and sells no personal data, so that law does not apply to it. We still honor every request above to see or delete your information, and we protect what you send us with reasonable security.
